As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales efforts to new heights.

Position Overview: As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in our company's growth by leading and managing our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue generation, establish and maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. You will work closely with our existing and potential clients to understand their needs, provide effective pest control solutions, and build long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback. Works to ensure sales and productivity goals are met.
  • Responsible for developing the company’s sales organization, manages the overall sales process.
  • Accountable for new lead opportunities coming into the organization and following up to insure successful completion/closure of these opportunities.
  • Oversees daily sales activity, meets with major clients, draws up sales reports, designs new and more effective sales strategies, and works to market and promote company products and services.
  • Responsible for directing and managing sales operations. Works to foster lasting relationships with client base. Locates opportunities to expand client base. Networks with prospective clients to persuade them to bring their business to the company. Implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.
  • Sets, develops, implements strategies for new business acquisition and drives the company’s achievement of its customer acquisition and revenue goals. Sets specific quarterly or annual sales goals.
  • Accountable for tracking what the competitors of the company are doing, and also be aware of pricing, compensation, and distribution.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets, acquire new customers, and expand our presence within the existing customer base.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of service contracts and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, monitoring progress and presenting regular updates to the senior management team.
  • Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target industries to enhance our brand visibility and secure new business partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pest control industry or a related field.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of sales principles and techniques, including prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
